About the UAB Wesley

We are a Jesus ministry. A group of followers connected by our common faith and desire to see our campus come to know His grace and glory. In a world where the weight is often heavy, we want to lift people, speak life, stand for justice, add value and celebrate the goodness of our God in the best of times and when the road is steep.

We are not perfect. But Jesus is.

UAB Wesley is a student organization on the campus of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, in Birmingham, Alabama. UAB Wesley is an organization founded from the Wesley Foundation of the United Methodist Church. Our goal is to provide a place where students can learn more about Christ and to grow their faith through discipleship.

We meet for Weekly Worship on Thursdays at 8:30pm at the Wesley House at 1408 13th Ave S.
